The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania upheld an employer’s entitlement to terminate its payment of benefits to an injured worker. Case: Carter-Zimmitt v. City of Philadelphia (WCAB), No. 1597 C.D. 2022, 09/10/2024, unpublished. Facts: Sandra Carter-Zimmitt worked for the City of Philadelphia Health Department as a registered nurse.
